Personalization will be done directly when you choose the product. The system will ask you to choose the type of engraving you want. The engraving options are Debossed, Gold, Silver, or No Engraving. If these options are not available, it means that product cannot be personalized.

Personalization for online purchases can take up to 48 business hours. Purchases made in the showroom are personalized on the spot.

IMPORTANT: Personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. When the engraving is gold or silver, the color may fade over time and with use.

Can GINGER repair engravings?

Some monograms can be repaired; this is assessed on a case-by-case basis. If your engraving has faded, please notify us by email at [email protected] and send us a photo so we can confirm whether it can be restored.

 

How should I care for my GINGER?

We recommend using a leather protector to preserve it, but it's not essential. These can be found at shoe repair shops. Please test the product on a small, inconspicuous area before applying it to the entire bag. A shoemaker or someone who works with leather is the best person to clean your bag when necessary.

Furniture polish spray is also a good option for cleaning your Ginger.

The bag or accessory may scratch or become damaged with use, so please handle your belongings with care.

GINGER is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear.

 

My bag has some color variations; is this normal?

Leather is a natural product, so there may be slight variations between different pieces. This should not be considered an imperfection, but rather an indicator that the wallet is of the highest quality. Creasing in some items is unavoidable during manufacturing and shipping, but it should diminish with use.

 

How should I store my GINGER?

When not in use, be sure to store it in a dry, dark place in the dust bag provided with your purchase. If your wallet gets wet, let it dry completely before using or storing it.
